Jean-Honore Fragonard (1732 – 1806) was a French Rococo painter and printmaker whose works are known for their lighthearted and playful style. He is best known for his genre scenes and landscapes, which often feature figures in a dream-like setting. His works often evoke a sense of romance and nostalgia, and his use of vivid colours and dynamic brushstrokes lend an air of whimsy to his pieces. Fragonard’s works are highly sought after and have been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world.Jean-Honore Fragonard (1732 – 1806) was a French Rococo painter and printmaker whose works are known for their lighthearted and playful style.
